July 4, 2015 from 3pm-8pm
Salute the start of National Ice Cream Month at Tuckerton Seaport on the 4th of July. Join us for an Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social from 3pm to8pm, featuring sweet samples of the Jersey shore’s best local ice cream, jugglers, family activities, and programs. Watch how ice cream was first made. Learn interesting facts. Why would Victorians make asparagus flavored ice cream? You might even get to try your hand at milking a wooden cow. How is that for a farm to table experience? End the day with fireworks over the lake at dusk. Experience old fashioned fun at Tuckerton Seaport!
Here’s the Scoop:
Tasting Kits will be $8 and include 8 samples, while supplies last!!

The Ice Screamers will also have a display at the Lighthouse! Ice Screamers are a collectors club founded in 1982. Our members specialize in collecting ice cream parlor and soda fountain memorabilia. Any item with an ice cream or soda fountain – related theme is a potential collectible!
