On June 25th & 26th from 11am to 5pm the Tuckerton Seaport will host its annual Baymen’s Seafood & Music Festival. Enjoy delicious Jersey fresh clams, crabs, scallops and shrimp from the finest local seafood purveyors. Drink from the brew court featuring local crafted beers. Shop for gifts and souvenirs from unique vendors. Listen and dance to the music from local favorites: Motts Creek Pickers and Lele Party on Saturday and Gary Philips and Lele Party on Sunday. Enjoy crafters, family activities, demonstrations, boat rides, boat builders and decoy carvers as just some of the planned activities. Speak to commercial fisherman to learn about occupations on the bay or take a clam shucking class. Laurita Winery will host two tents with wine sampling and sales. Bring the whole family and plan to spend the day. This event has been selected as one of the Best Outdoor Festivals by NJ Monthly Magazine and is presented by the Jersey Shore Folklife Center.

The Tuckerton Seaport & Baymen’s Museum is located at 120 West Main Street in the heart of historic Tuckerton. Event admission includes access to the Seaport’s 40 acres of family fun, featuring maritime activities, historic and recreated buildings, live animals, boardwalk, miniature golf course and exhibits.
