2019 Junior Duck Stamp Program

The Ugly Duck That Was Never Ugly, 2018 by Amy Son, age 15

The Tuckerton Seaport & Baymen’s Museum is calling for submissions to the 2019 Junior Duck Stamp Competition!

Open to Kindergarten through Grade 12 students in Public, Private, and Home Schools. This dynamic program teaches wetland habitat and waterfowl conservation to students through a unique blend of science and art.

After learning about North American ducks, geese, or swans, students draw, paint, or sketch their favorite species. Each state selects a ‘best of show’ winner, which competes at the national level. The national winner’s artwork is made into a stamp which is sold for $5, with all proceeds used to support conservation education.

The deadline for submission is March 15th.

We look forward to having you join us!
