Community Mosquito Control Project - Dina Fonseca , Rutgers Citizen AcTS is a program developed by Dr. Dina Fonseca that engages communities to develop mass-trap deployments to control mosquitoes in their neighborhood. This alternative minimizes or even eliminates the use of insecticides that often flow into the marsh or other waterways.
